Please read this page carefully. The term “USJOBNETWORK.COM” herein refers to its owner Resource Partners, LLC and all of its affiliate sites. The terms “You” and “User” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason. If you do not accept these Job Posting Rules or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the Site. By accessing, browsing, and/or using this web site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms of these Job Posting Rules. USJOBNETWORK.COM reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Job Posting Rules at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review the Job Posting Rules, because they are binding on you. Your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the Job Posting Rules as they are amended from time to time.
By using the USJOBNETWORK.COM Job Posting service, users agree to abide by and comply with the following Rules:
- Post only real jobs and resumes. Job postings must be individual openings for traditional, W-2 or 1099 employees. Other postings that USJOBNETWORK.COM does not support include, but are not limited to:
- Positions that require a monetary investment by the job seeker at any time;
- Advertisements for Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) positions;
- Business opportunities, including Email Processors and other work at home or work from home positions; and
- Anything related to the adult entertainment industry.
- All information contained in postings must contain sufficient detail to be clear and accurate and not misleading in any way. Postings which require the user to "email for more details" are not supported.
- Use only professional language in your postings.
- Protect your password. If others post inappropriate material to USJOBNETWORK.COM using your account, you risk losing access to the service.
- We cannot monitor every posting, nor do we take responsibility for the content posted by our users. However, we do randomly monitor postings to promote compliance with these Rules.
- USJOBNETWORK.COM prohibits the sending of unsolicited commercial email. USJOBNETWORK.COM users involved in such activity may have their accounts suspended.
- Your job postings must be for your own internal use only. You may not sell or provide USJOBNETWORK.COM job posting services to third parties.
- Postings found to be in violation of any of the conditions of these Rules may be removed without warning. USJOBNETWORK.COM will not be responsible for notifying the poster of such removal or rejection. Interpretation of the Rules is at the sole discretion of USJOBNETWORK.COM. These Rules may be changed at any time without warning or notification.
- Posting on USJOBNETWORK.COM is a privilege. We reserve the right to suspend that privilege on an individual basis for any reason.
- USJOBNETWORK.COM reserves the right to limit or deny postings to certain customers.
The Company and any of our designee members do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users or endorses any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk. The Company and our designee members act as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions or Job Posting Rules, the Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company and our designee members have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. The Company reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating the Terms and Conditions or Job Posting Rules or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. The Company may take any action with respect to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the Company or our designee members, or may cause the Company to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.
